Creative Display Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty Period and Eligibility:Creative Display provides a 1-year warranty on all shop fittings and fixtures products manufactured from MS and SS. The warranty period commences from the date the customer submits a product review on our website.

2. Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover small scratches, dents, stains, or any damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear by the client.

3. Repair/Replacement Decision: The decision to repair or replace any product will be at the sole discretion of Creative Display, based on the assessment report submitted by the company's service representative.

4. Service Timeline: Creative Display or its service provider will endeavor to provide service within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Product Discontinuation: If a product model has been discontinued, Creative Display will repair or rectify the product at its sole discretion, depending on the availability of spare parts.

6. Appearance Changes: After repairs or alterations, the product may have a different appearance compared to the original purchase. Replacement components for wooden, metal, or upholstered parts may have a slightly different shade.

7. Cleaning Instructions: Clean products with a damp cloth only. Do not use acid or soaked cloths, as parts can get rusted or damaged due to regular exposure to acid or water.

8. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover glass items, scratches, dents, stains, wrinkles, color fading, upholstery cracks, tears, flattening of nap, pilling, shrinking, heavy soiling, fine hairline cracks in wood veneers, breakages due to negligence, unintended usage, misuse, accidents, exposure to water or acid, or variations in wood grain or texture due to normal use.

9. Claims Process: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or invoice. Contact Creative Display Customer Service within the warranty period, describe the issue, and provide supporting documentation such as photographs.

10. Resolution and Transportation Costs: If the issue is deemed covered under warranty, Creative Display will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. If the product or part is discontinued or unavailable, Creative Display may provide a comparable replacement. The purchaser is responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning the product to Creative Display for inspection or repair, unless otherwise specified.

11. Payment Requirement: The client or party must have paid the full amount for the product to claim or start the warranty.

12. Activate Your 1-Year Warranty: 
Click here "Warranty Registration Form" to register and activate your 1-year warranty. You can submit warranty claims by filling "Warranty Claim Form". Please note that all claims will be verified, and we will contact you for further confirmation.

Limitations: The remedies provided under this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser. Creative Display shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products.
